Position Goal: To ensure a safe, secure, and orderly/friendly educational environment for students and staff through the leadership of district-wide safety and security programs, emergency preparedness, law enforcement partnerships, and oversight of student residency and registration compliance. Responsibilities: Lead district-wide safety, security, and emergency preparedness efforts, including drills, crisis response, and incident management. Supervise and coordinate security personnel, hall monitors, visitor management, and identification programs across all schools. Serve as the primary liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement, emergency management agencies, and first responders. Develop, implement, and evaluate safety and security policies, procedures, training programs, residency and building security assessments to all staff.
